Silent and yoga retreat in Turkey

Silence has the greatest voice.

The most profound.

Beautiful beyond belief.

Touching you so deeply.

Your Soul connects, it shines, it sparks.

You become alive.

Through the silence.

The next retreat will take place summer 2022, dates to be confirmed.

You are warmly welcome to deeply connect with your Self in the yoga and silent retreat in Turkey, Alanya, Siddashram’s yoga centre.

The first day is planned for arrivals and the last day for departure.

For 7 days, we remain in silence. We ask you not to use any mobile or electronic devices during this time. We also ask you not to read any books.

Each day we will focus on one chakra. We will do meditations, yoga practices, and meditative walks.

“Significant peace follows mouna (the practice of silence). Random chatting bothers the mind. It constantly directs our attention outside. In silence, speech energy is transformed into spiritual energy. The thoughts diminish and willpower is increased. You will remove a significant bothering factor.”– Swami Sivananda

Meals are served 3 times per day. All meals are and vegan prepared by an Ayurvedic chef specifically made to cleanse the body of toxins.

The cost of the retreat is 900 EUR/person and includes:

* Accommodation 8 nights, from the evening of the day of arrival till the morning of the day of departure. Accommodation is in shared double rooms in houses or bungalows. If you wish to have single occupancy of the room it is 100 EUR extra for the week. The rooms are without air conditioning. Toilets and showers are shared (separate for males and females). “Words create duality. In silence, we find our true essence and ourselves. Silence is an omnipresent power, which gives birth to wisdom. Our roots are in the silent void of the universe and it is important, that we would reconnect with silence regularly.” – Doreen Virtue
